**Return engine should be un seized and the core components re-usable after moderate machine work. (Core parts are crankcase, crank, rods. If these are damaged an agreement can be made on cost of sourcing replacement)
Build up refurbished Long Block using customer supplied parts (+ cost of parts required) 450 plus
