From 1300cc to 2332cc — Beetle, Ghia, Trikes, Split & T2 Bus. Single carb, dual carbs, fuel injection or turbo. Every engine hand built, hot run and tested before it leaves us.

Every build, properly tested

Every build is hand built by a professional engine builder. We leak down test, oil pressure & cylinder compression is checked. Hot run for 30 minutes to break in the engine, and check for oil leaks before dispatch. We use quality components throughout for unmatched reliability, with no reused parts compromising the engine's integrity.

All of our engines are blueprinted, with bearing clearances set, piston & ring measurements, end play, little ends etc. checked and set. Compression ratio raised to match the chosen camshaft & a forged dynamically balanced rotating assembly to ensure long life and maximum power.

Great aftersales service and a minimum of 12 months unlimited miles warranty you can rely on should you have any problems down the road. There is no guess work here, just built right. Because we hate warranty returns just as much as you do!

All our engines are suitable for unleaded fuel, and supplied with the remaining engine gasket kit and flywheel fitted. All engine build prices are plus VAT.
